Maria Ramos Obituary
Born in Terceira, Azores, Portugal, a daughter of the late Jose and Alexandrina (Teixeira) Fraga, she was a member of the Holy Spirit Society at St. Anthony Church, Pawtucket, and Grupo Amigos da Terceira.
She is survived by three daughters, Nelia Medeiros and her husband Fernando, Evelina Costa and her husband Joao, and Belina Airoso and her husband Jose; two sisters, Guilhermina Barcelos and Elvira Cota; seven grandchildren, Michael Costa, Joey Amaral, Lisa Amaral, Brian Costa, Leane DaSilva, Kristina Taveira and Justin Airoso; seven great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Her funeral will be held Wednesday, Sept. 28, at 8:45 a.m. in the Keefe Funeral Home, with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Anthony Church, Lawn Avenue, Pawtucket, at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket. Relatives and friends are invited. Calling hours will be held Tuesday from 4 to 7 p.m. For online condolences, visit www.thekeefefuneralhome.com.
