Michael Louis Emery

EAST FALMOUTH - Michael Louis Emery, 59, of East Falmouth, died June 8, 2017, surrounded by his family, after a long battle with leukemia. He was the husband of Jane Elizabeth (Terry) Emery to whom he was married 33 years.
Mr. Emery worked for many years at EdgeTech in Wareham and traveled extensively for the company. He loved fishing, boating, camping, hiking, being out on the water, and many other outdoor activities. He was the ultimate fix it guy who always got things done. True and hardworking, he never wavered from his beliefs. He loved his family and his beloved yorkie, Nairi.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Carolyn Emery and John Emery, both of E. Falmouth; mother, Beatrice (Lucier) Emery of Lincoln, RI; and sister, Nancy Emery of Riverside, RI. He was the son of the late Roger Emery.
Visiting hours will be from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 74 Algonquin Ave. (at Route 151), Mashpee. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, June 15th at St. Anthony Church, 167 East Falmouth Hwy. (Route 28), E. Falmouth, followed by burial at St. Anthony Cemetery.
