Michael Fedorak Obituary
He was a member of the Knights of Columbus 113, Woonsocket, The Moring Star Masonic Lodge #13, Woonsocket and Shriners, Cranston. Michael also was a part of the Shriners Motor Corps and volunteered for the Shriners Children's Hospital.
Besides his wife Constance, Michael is survived by their children, Pamela Fortier and her husband Steven of NC, Karen Fedorak of Woonsocket, RI, and Tina Carpentier of Cranston, four grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, December 12, 2016 at 10 AM in St. Paul's Church, 48 St. Paul St., Blackstone. Burial will be private. Calling hours are omitted. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be donated to the National MS Society, P.O. Box 4527, New York, NY 10163 or the American Diabetes Association, 2451 Crystal Drive, Suite 900, Arlington, VA 22202. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Holt Funeral Home, 510 So. Main St., Woonsocket.
