Muriel Milette Obituary
Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of the late Ovila and Eva (Boudreau) Lussier. She resided in Cumberland for the past 67 years.
Mrs. Milette was a Licensed Practical Nurse at Landmark Medical Center and the former Fogarty Hospital. Muriel was a communicant of the St. Joan of Arc Church. She enjoyed her fitness routine, which included walking three miles a day. She was also an avid reader, shopper, but most of all enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
She leaves her son, Ronald O. Milette and his wife Evelyn of Cumberland, her daughters, Linda Renaud and her husband Dennis of Cumberland, and Cheryl Benz and her husband Stephen of Wrentham; her seven grandchildren and her twelve great-grandchildren. She was also the companion of the late Bruno Baril.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to Muriels's Life Celebration to be held with Visiting Hours on Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. in the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home, 757 Mendon Road, Route 122, Cumberland. Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 10 a.m. in the St. Joan of Arc Church, Mendon Road, Cumberland. Burial will follow in the Resurrection Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Beacon Hospice, 1 Catamore Blvd, East Providence, RI 02916.
