Aunt Shirley, Mike and Jason - My heart goes out to you. We all loved Uncle Norm so much and miss him immeasurably. He had a wonderful, gentle nature. I will miss seeing his twinkling eyes and sly smile when he was about to say something funny.

Normand was the polish of one of the best mechanic teams Burrillville DPW ever had. He and Ernie Potter were two of the greatest people who ever handled a wrench. Norm had a mischievous and contagious comedian nature. He was a great natured guy. I often wondered where he retired to. My deepest sympathy to his family.
