My deepest sympathies to Russell, Judy, and Jane. I grew up with "BUD" and his family. He was a wonderful guy, and very pro-military. Rest in Peace old friend.

We fondly remember Normand from our "watering hole" days at the VFW Post in Forestdale, RI and the great conversations we would have. But even before those days, he was known as such a gritty football player at the high school and years later was instrumental in the success of the North Smithfield Express Football League. He had such a passion for football, but more than that he was a proud Marine and a VERY proud father. We hope his family finds comfort in knowing that Normand was a good friend and will be missed.
