Rita White Obituary
Rita was born in Pawtucket, the daughter of the late James J. White and Margaret (McClurg) White, she was an inspector at Narragansett Wire in Pawtucket for many years.
Rita is survived by several loving nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late James J. White, Ruth Jacques, Mary Fields, Kathleen Lang and Raymond White.
Rita enjoyed gardening and traveling during her retirement years.
There will be a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Teresa's Church, 358 Newport Ave., on Wednesday, March 23, at noon. Her burial will be in Mt. St. Mary's Cemetery. The calling hours for Rita will be Wednesday morning at 10 a.m. in the Manning-Heffern Funeral Home, 68 Broadway. Relatives and friends are invited. www.manningheffern.com.
