Robert L. Lussier

1939 - 2017

HANCOCK, N.H. - Robert L. Lussier, 77, of Hancock, N.H., formerly of Bellingham, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 25, 2017, at the Pheasant Wood Center in Peterborough, N.H. He is the beloved husband of the late Madeleine G. (Benjamin) Lussier.

Born in Bellingham on Nov. 7, 1939, he is the son of the late Albert and Anita (Roy) Lussier. He is the loving father of Ronald R. Lussier of Bangkok, Thailand; Robert D. Lussier and his wife, Carmella, of Blackstone; Richard F. Lussier and his wife, Dawn, of Sahuarita, Ariz.; Donald R. Lussier and his wife, Jessica, of Hancock; Diane C. Cushman and her husband, Ed, of Monticello, Ky.; and Susan Y. Lussier of Livingston, Tenn. He leaves his cherished grandchildren, Derek, Stephanie, Nicole, Andy, Jacob, Abigail, Chelsae and Jasmyne, and great-granddaughter Emma Grace. He is the brother of Donald Lussier of Bellingham, and Constance Lefebvre and her husband, Frank, of North Smithfield.

Bob was a resident of Hancock for the past two years, formerly a lifelong resident of Bellingham. He owned and operated Lussier & Sons Builders of Bellingham, and also the Lussier Farm and Greenhouse.

Bob was an avid sailor and enjoyed scuba diving, rollerblading and traveling. Devoted to his family, he will be greatly missed.
A private funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 29, at 11 a.m. at St. Jean Baptiste Cemetery Chapel, Wrentham Road, Bellingham. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Robert L. Lussier to The Jimmy Fund Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, P.O. Box 849168, Boston, MA 02284, would be appreciated.
