Robert Palmer Obituary
Mr. Palmer was born in Detroit, Michigan, the son of the late Joseph A. Palmer and Frances (Stopnik) Palmer.
He was a First Lieutenant in the United States Air Force where he served his country with honor and distinction.
There will be a committal service with full Military Honors for Mr. Palmer on Wednesday, March 25th at 12:00 pm in the Rhode Island Veteran's Cemetery Exeter. Relatives and friends are invited. www.manningheffern.com
