Roland P. Brissette

PAWTUCKET - Roland P. Brissette 73 died Thursday July 6th 2017 at the Hallworth House in Providence. He was the former husband of the late Joan (Martin) Brissette.
Born in Pawtucket he was the son of the late Aime and Claire (Roberge) Brissette.
He lived in the Blackstone Valley area most of his life and was employed as a computer programmer for the city of Warwick.
He was a graduate of Providence College and received his Bachelors Degree. He was also an avid tennis player.
He is survived by his loving daughter Michelle Audette and her husband David of Seekonk, a beloved son Roland G. Brissette of North Attleboro, two granddaughters and two grandsons, five sisters Claire Lamoureux and her husband Jeffrey of South Attleboro, Marie Lazio and her husband Robert of Ohio, Elaine Marine and her husband Anthony of South Attleboro, Diane Dimeglio and her husband James of Cumberland and Carol Sylvestre and her husband John of Pawtucket, six brothers Aime and his wife Sandra of Pawtucket, Robert and his wife Lisa of Burriville, Paul of Woonsocket, Richard of California, Edward and his wife Lauren of Cumberland and Charles and his wife Sandra of Hawaii. He was the brother of the late Jeanne Matthews and Anne Currier.
Calling hours will be held on Sunday July 9th in the Darlington Mortuary of L. Heroux & Son 1042 Newport Avenue Pawtucket from 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. with a Memorial Service at 4:30 p.m. in the Funeral Home.
