Stuart A. Follett

CUMBERLAND - Stuart A. Follett, 90, of Mayflower Drive, died Tuesday, August 25, 2015, at home. He was the beloved husband of the late Thomasine H. (Dick) Follett.
Born in Providence, a son of the late Elmer and Arthusa (Brierly) Follett, he had lived in Cumberland for most of his life.
Mr. Follett was a radio technician for forty years, for the former Blackstone Valley Electric Co. retiring in 1987.
A World War II veteran of the U.S. Naval Reserve, he had fought in the Invasion of Normandy at Omaha Beach. He was a longtime member of Four Corners Community Chapel, Cumberland.
He is survived by one son, David Follett of Warwick; two grandchildren; Nicole Pannone and Scott Follett; and four great-grandchildren, Mia Pannone, Madison Pannone, Ryan Follett and Nicholas Follett. He was the father of the late Kay Fournier.
His funeral will be held Friday, August 28 at 11:00 a.m. at Bellows Funeral Chapel, 160 River Road, Lincoln. Burial will follow in Arnold Mills Cemetery, Cumberland.
