Thomas Sparks Obituary
Tom was the owner of Sparks Law, serving Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut - but most of all, the city and people of Woonsocket. As fun as the yellow Hummer and endlessly creative commercials were for Tom, the driving force in life was his family. That, and rooting for a Minnesota Vikings Super Bowl win. His family is confident it will happen eventually.
He is survived by his three children, Anna Deaton and her husband, Alex, of Charlotte, NC, and Ryan and Elyse Sparks, both of Seattle, WA; his former wife, Lisa Parker, of Greenville, RI; his brother, Chris Sparks of Gilbert, AZ; his grandson, Tilden Deaton; and his fiancé, Delia Wilson of Lincoln. He was a beloved father figure to Delia's two daughters Maia and Ava. He will be deeply missed by his family and all who knew him.
Visitation will be held Saturday, September 17, 2022 from 1 - 4pm at the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main St., Woonsocket. All other services will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Boston Children's Hospital Heart Fund at childrenshospital.org, or to the Sojourner House at sojournerri.org.

Woonsocket was lucky to have someone so active in the city,,, his commercials, and giveaways were always awesome. So sad that he has left this world,, maybe he have enternal peace. Sending condolences to his family and those who knew him personally.

I didnt know Mr Sparks but have enjoyed his commercials, and participated in the contests he held for the citizens of Woonsocket,,, May he RIP

I had just a few nice chats when living in another part of state....he was always seemingly busy yet always carried himself as genuinely caring and kind.

To Delia, Maia, Ava, Tom´s Children and extended family, My deepest condolences go out to you all. Tom was one of the kindest Men I have ever met. The entertainment side of Tom was so big, (and funny) that when you met Tom, it was such a surprise that he was such a quiet, warm, and giving individual. One cannot say enough about how caring and thoughtful Tom was. Halloween will always be my tribute to you!
