Walter H. Anderberg Jr.

MILFORD, MA - Mr. Walter H. Anderberg Jr., 79, of Milford MA, died Monday (June 8, 2015) at the Milford Regional Medical Center after an illness. He was the beloved husband of Gladys A. (Gaskill) Anderberg.
Mr. Anderberg was born in Harrisville RI, the son of the late Walter and the late Agnes (Comtois) Anderberg Sr. He was a graduate of Callahan High School, Class of 1953. He also was a graduate of the Bentley School of Accounting & Finance, located in Brookline MA.
Mr. Anderberg was employed for about 13 years at the Whitin Machine Works located in Whitinsville MA. He later was employed for about 30 years at D. G. O'Brien Inc. located in Framingham MA and later Seabrook NH, retiring in 1998 as a production control supervisor.
Along with his beloved wife of 58 years, he is survived by his 2 Children: Debra J., wife of the late John Antonuccio of Northbridge MA and Michael C. Anderberg and his spouse Steven Nelson-Anderberg of Hopkinton MA; 3 Grandchildren; 3 Great Grandchildren; 1 Brother: Carl Anderberg of Harisville RI; 1 Sister: Flora Olson of Tampa FL; several nieces & nephews.
Funeral services will be held Thursday (June 11th) at 10AM at the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home, 44 Congress Street, Milford MA. Burial will follow in Hopedale Village Cemetery.
