Jeffrey Runaas Obituary

Jeffrey Ross Runaas, 70, of Orfordville, WI, passed away on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at Mercy Hospital in Janesville. He was born on August 21, 1954 in Beloit, WI, the son of Lester and Lauretta (Stauffacher) Runaas. Jeffrey was a 1973 Parkview High School graduate. He married Patricia Hayden on December 23, 2005. Jeffrey was formerly employed by Fairbanks Morse for 48 years. He loved riding his motorcycle and a was a proud ABATE member. Jeffrey enjoyed spending his free time fishing. He was an avid Green Bay Packers, Wisconsin Badgers, and Milwaukee Brewers fan. Survivors include his wife, Patricia Runaas Orfordville, WI; brothers, Richard Runaas of Beloit, WI, and Steven Runaas of Janesville, WI; step daughter, Lisa Soravia of Beloit, WI; sister-in-law, Cathy Runaas of Coco Beach, FL; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. Jeffrey was predeceased by his parents; brother, Donald Runaas; and brother-in-law, Gary L. Hayden. Per Jeffrey's wishes, no services will be held.
