Steven Berry Obituary

Steven Berry Sr., 53 of Beloit WI passed away on May 21st 2025 at Beloit Memorial Hospital surrounded by his family. Steve was born and raised in the Beloit WI area where he would eventually meet his wife Holly Berry of 34 years. They met at age 19, welcomed two children and later married on Christmas Eve of 1999. He attended Parkview High school. He worked for Acument Global Technologies for 30 years as a header operator/specialist. Steve was an avid Miami Dolphins fan, but you could always catch an NFL game on during football season. His favorite hobbies included fishing, golfing, shooting pool, gaming with family or just being around family. As family was always important to him. In his earlier days, he would build computers from nothing, fly drones, drive boats, make and assemble cars and trains or put together and fix just about anything. He is survived by his wife, Holly (Smith) Berry; his children, Steven (M) Berry and Jessica (Landon) Amato; his grandchild, Benjamin Amato, and bonus grandchildren, Sam, Dahm and Lahz Markling; siblings, Dawn Champion and Michele (Dan) Muszynski; in-laws, William Jr. (Donna) Smith and Gale (Darrell) Mueller; many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and great nephews. He is predeceased by his parents, Jerry Berry and Karen (Gunderson) Cunningham; his in-laws, William Sr. and Maxine Smith; and his uncles, Donnie Gunderson and Tom Berry. A celebration of Steven's life will be from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Saturday, June 14, 2025 at La Casa Grande Hall II 648 4th Street Beloit, WI.
