Coleen Roach Obituary

Mrs. Coleen (Murphy) Roach, 69, of Robinson, Illinois, passed away peacefully at 3:30 a.m. on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at her home, surrounded by her loving family. Coleen was born on September 24, 1955, in Michigan City, Indiana, the daughter of Randal "Pete" Napier and Patsy (Hogan) Murphy. She grew up in the Annapolis, IL area and graduated from Hutsonville High School with the Class of 1973. Throughout her life, Coleen worked hard and dedicated her time to her community. She was employed as a custodian for CUSD #2 at Robinson High School and also worked at Robinson IGA for many years. Her kind nature, strong work ethic, and friendly smile left a lasting impact on those she met. Coleen was a member of Prairie Grove Baptist Church in Oblong, Illinois, and her faith was an important part of her life. She is survived by two daughters, Shiloh (Kyle) Parker of Robinson, Illinois, and Kristen (Hayley) Roach of Lincoln, Illinois; two brothers, Rick (Debra) Napier of Annapolis, IL; Randy (Amy) Napier, Annapolis, IL; a sister, Mrs. Peggy Smith, Annapolis, IL and three grandchildren, Clayton Roach, Kreighton Parker, and Presley Parker. She was preceded in death by her parents, Randal "Pete" Napier and Patsy Napier. In keeping with Coleen's wishes, cremation rites have been accorded, and no services are scheduled at this time. Pulliam Funeral Home in Robinson, Illinois, is helping the family with arrangements. Coleen will be remembered for her warm heart, unwavering love for her family, and the countless ways she touched the lives of those around her.
