Marilyn Williams Obituary

Marilyn J. Williams, 81, of Clinton, passed away on Saturday August 2, 2025, at her home. She was born in Salem, Illinois on February 23, 1944, to Ward and Elsie (Crockett) Livesay who precede her death. Marilyn was a veterinarian technician for many years. She wrote a column for The Daily Clintonian called Kitty Corner and she was a member of Victory Baptist Church. Surviving is her husband Byron Williams, daughters Kathryn Keep, Angela Laughlin-Reed and Elisabeth Wyman, brother Mike Livesay, sister-in-law Shirley Williams, several grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Visitation will be at Victory Baptist Church on Wednesday August 6, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Service at 6:00 p.m. with Pastor Mike Bennett officiating. Cremation will follow.
