Patricia Williams Obituary

Patricia Williams, age 83, of Worthington, passed away peacefully at 8:20 am on Sunday, August 17, 2025, at Oak Village Nursing Home in Oaktown. She was born in Indianapolis, IN on March 18, 1942, the daughter of Elvin & Pearl Callie (Allison) Shoopman. She worked at RCA for 35 years then went on to travel and drive trucks with trailers with her husband Bill across the country. After enjoying their many adventures across the country, Patricia then got into public transportation services where she got to meet new people every day. She loved to be on the go and help people in need. Patricia is survived by her daughter, Tammy (Aaron) Morris of Bloomfield; son, Jason Bush; step children, Tammy Williams and Bobby Williams; grandchildren, Ashley (Tyler) Arnold, Kenzie Morris, Bubby Williams, Natasha Kaelber, Amanda Lovell and April Bough as well as several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Billy Dean Williams; son, David Gillespie and step-sons, Gary Williams and Randy Williams. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, September 6, 2025 at Worthington Cemetery in Worthington, Indiana. Arrangements have been entrusted to Welch & Cornett Funeral Home in Worthington. Online condolences can be sent at www.welchcornett.com.
