Aylene Skelton Brittle

Aylene Skelton Brittle, age, 81, of Carrollton, AL died March 5, 2026 at her residence. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Monday, March 9, 2026 at Skelton Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Trey Reece officiating. Burial will be in Marvin Chapel Cemetery with Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing. Visitation will be one hour prior and immediately following the service at the funeral home.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, William Herbert Skelton; second husband, Lee Roy Brittle; her parents; brother, Willis Choice Cook and sister, Mary Dean Lee.
Survivors include her daughter, Vivian Acker and husband, Ronald; son, Lance Skelton and wife, Janie; sisters, Josephine Cook Stephens (Grady), Alice Reece (Louis), Linda Cameron (Donnie), Joyce Brown (Terry) and Ann Gray (Fred); three grandchildren, Todd Acker, Aaron Acker and Lanie Skelton and three great-grandchildren, Landon Acker, Mason Acker and Seth Lawson.
Aylene was born August 4, 1944 in Carrollton, Alabama to the late Choice Cook and Margie McDaniel Cook. She attended Carrollton Church of God and was a retired employee of Northport Medical Center DCH.
Pallbearers will be Kenneth Stephens, Steve Stephens, Keith Reece, Jeff Dean, Josh Elmore and Ashley Brown.
