Liza Jane Worley

Liza Jane Worley (78) passed away Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. She was a member of Forked Oak Baptist Church. She enjoyed crafting, sewing, gardening, canning, tending to her flowers, decorating cakes and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Services are 2 pm Friday, September 26, 2025 in the Booneville Chapel of Kesler Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Forked Oak Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-8 pm Thursday, September 25, 2025 in the Booneville Chapel of Kesler Funeral Home.

Jane is survived by her children, Brenda Brimingham (George), James Cleve Worley (Gayla), Jane Sue Jackson and Linda Lambert (David); brother, Jerry Wayne South (Dot); her sister, Betty Jean Blount; her brother-in-law, Duwayne Moore; 13 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, James Willard Worley; her parents, Casie Luther & Ruby Evelyn Owens South; her daughter, Willard Kay Harris; her brother, Casie Luther South, Jr.; her sisters, Joyce Ann Wilson, Mary Evelyn Shumpert and Tina Lou Moore and her brother-in-law, Gene Blount.

Pallbearers are Western Lambert, Austin Worley, Christopher Spoon, Dakota Sparks, Devin Ham and Donnie Michael.

Honorary pallbearers are Desperado Kincaid, MJ Worley, Zander Worley and Wylan Worley.
