Bradley Burke Obituary


BRADLEY PATRICK BURKE, 43, of Charleston, WV, passed away on 6/24/23 due to lingering effects from a traumatic brain injury incurred during an auto accident in 1997. He was a graduate of George Washington High School and completed his studies at West Virginia State College in 2012, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications.
He is survived by his parents, Eddie and Patty Burke; sister, Hillary Burke; uncle, Herbie Burke (Carol); aunt, Rita Bowles; several cousins; and his beloved dog, Han Solo. He was the grandson of the late Galen and Betty Slack, and late John and Anna Burke.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, August 13 from 2 - 4 p.m., at the Clubhouse at Coonskin Park. Casual attire.
A special thanks to the medical staff at CAMC and Thomas Memorial Hospitals for their excellent care over the years.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Kanawha-Charleston Humane Association at 1248 Greenbrier Street, Charleston, WV 25311.
