Condolences go out to the Lewis family! Fred and I were Fraternity Brothers and were online simultaneously for the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity at Bluefield State College in the early seventies. He was a great brother as well as a musician. He used his talent in numerous churches and volunteered to play the music at my wedding 45 years ago. I know family and friends will miss him.

Just knew Fred for a brief time, not nearly long enough, and it was a privilege to sing with him and feel his love for his savior and king. You will be missed my good brother. May the tender mercies of our savior rest upon Adola and all the family.

Sincere condolences to the family and friends of Mr. Frederick A. Lewis during this time of great loss and sorrow. For three years, I had the distinct honor of teaching with Mr. Lewis at Liberty High School in Raleigh County. Mr. Lewis, affectionately known to friends as Fred, distinguished himself as a highly-skilled and great public servant. I shall forever remember Fred - my Masonic brother - for his caring and generous ways. Rest in Eternal Peace.
