Lillian Miller Obituary

It is with great sadness that we tell you our sweet mother,

Sarver of Pensacola, FL and Edwin H. Sarver of Bluefield, WV; and nephews: Edwin Sarver of Greenville, SC and Vernon Sarver Jr. of Pensacola, FL.
Lillian leaves behind her two children: Edie Miller Davis (Jeff) and Rick Miller (Tiffany) all of Hurricane, WV; grandchildren: Ashley Davis Reed (Mark) of Winfield, WV, Katie Davis Perperas (Nick) of Bridgeport, WV, Lindsay Davis Johnson (Bobby) of Hurricane, WV, Nick Miller (Andrea) of Cool Ridge, WV, Corey Miller (Amanda) of Mount Hope, WV, Sarah Miller Haye (Daniel) of Mt. Lillian worked as a church secretary in her early married years, worked for WCAW Radio for 5 years, then CAMC General in the Billing Department for 25 years. In retirement years, Lillian and Dick worked for Ronald McDonald House in Charleston WV for 7 years. Lillian didn't know a stranger and had many friends of all ages, she was an avid Bridge player, loved her family, her church, and ice cream. Lillian was the ultimate hostess, no meal was without a proper plate and napkin never a fork out of place. She couldn't feed you enough. Even in the nursing home, she was always offering cookies to other patients, she enjoyed life and entertaining her family and friends. She lived a wonderful and full life.
