Ruby Greer Obituary
RUBY MAE SMITH GREER of Ripley, WV passed away September 24, 2024 following a long term illness.
She was born December 20, 1949 in Kentuck, WV. She was the daughter of the late Guy and Lillie Casto Smith.
Ruby is survived by her loving husband of 26 years, Carl "Hank" Greer; her son, Scott Seiber (Sara); brothers Roy Smith, Denver "Gene" Smith, Tom Smith, David Smith, and sister Rachel Tillinghast. Her loved ones also included grandchildren Talyson (Zack) Benson, Hayden Rose, Haylei Rose, Sophia Seiber, Jericho Seiber, and Malachi Seiber; great grandchildren Amillia and Esta Benson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Ruby was preceded in death by her beloved son, William "Willie" Seiber; grandson, Gavyn McCauley; brothers Robert Smith, Dayton Smith, and sister, Dorothy Smith.
In Ruby's life she touched many people's hearts and will be greatly missed.
A memorial service will be held at a later date to celebrate her life.
