Scott was my second cousin. His Mom, Phyllis, was my first cousin. Tammy and family, I am so very sorry to hear of Scott´s passing. He was a very nice guy. Since I live in Ohio, it´s been several years since I have been to WV., but I often think of the very few family members who still live there. I am so very sorry that I am unable to attend Scott´s services, but please know, Tammy, that you, Zachery & family are in my prayers.
