WARREN FRANKLIN RHODES
Dec. 13, 1939 Oct. 6, 2024 Warren was born on December 13, 1939, in Charleston, West Virginia. He was preceded in death by his loving mother and father Hicel and Macel Tinsley Rhodes, wife, Sue Rhodes, brother Donald E. Rhodes and sister Carolyn Sue Edens. Warren was a 1958 graduate of Dunbar High School and served four years in the United Sates Air Force. He was a member of Laborers Local Union 1353, in Charleston, West Virginia and retired from the Tyler Mountain Water Company.
Warren is survived by his three beloved sons, David Randy Rhodes (Amber), Michael Alan Rhodes, (Charmin), and Martin Edward Rhodes. Brother-in-law Carl Little. Five beloved grandchildren, Bailey Rhodes Ferrari (Nick), Kasey Rhodes (Colin), Alex Franklin Rhodes, Ashton (Frankie Mars) Rhodes, and Connor Grayson Rhodes. Four Great Grandchildren; Enzo Ferrari, Laken Rhodes, DJ Shaffer and Neko Rhodes. Beloved nieces Sheri Lynn Nierling (Grant), Kelly Shinn and Lisa Bailey. Nephews Bill Edens (Charmon), Larry Rhodes, Tim Rhodes, Rick Rhodes, Shawn Little and Tim (Bumper) Lanham
He was an avid golfer and leaves behind a multitude of friends.
A Celebration of his life will be held at Donel C. Kinnard Memorial State Veteran Cemetery on Monday, October 28, 2024 at 2:30 p.m. You are invited to attend and bring a written testimony to share with family and friends if you wish.
