Worked for Bud at the Mod Center on Special Projects, and with him on Special Projects after we retired. Lost track of him over the years, been trying to locate him with no success until now. He was a great guy and good friend, sorry I couldn't locate him before. Rest in Peace.

RIP Chief. I knew Bud when he was in charge of the (then) AFLC Commander's Aircrew and aircraft. He was a Chief's Chief and maintained an exemplary crew and aircraft.

Bud was responsible for the success of the Mod Center though his direct contribution to the Special Projects placed under his control during my tenure. Farewell and God speed.
