West Manchester Twp. - A celebration service will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, March 1, 2020 at Union Lutheran Church, 403 West Market Street, York. A reception with the family will immediately follow. A graveside service will be held at 11:30 AM Sunday at Harford Memorial Gardens, 3839 Aldino Road, Havre De Grace, Maryland. Kuhner Associates Funeral Directors, Inc., 863 South George Street, York, is in charge of arrangements.
