Karen,
When I first read about Kyle, it got me thinking I haven't seen you since our oldest kids were babies, and I wanted to send a card. The time though slipped away. Then when I found out about Jim, I couldn't believe it. I just wanted you to know that I care, and think about you daily. I know that they are just words, but truly know that you are in the hearts of many. Please pass along these condolences to Adele and family.

Karen,
I was so sorry to read of your husbands passing, I thought the name Mauldlin sounded familiar when I saw it in the paper and when I read it I realized why. Even though I haven't seen you in so many years I could never forget you or working with you with the County.
I called Donna Schrom to let her know, she was also very shocked. Of course we also talked about the fun we had with you.
Please know that I will keep you and your children in my thoughts and prayers.
Take care.
An old, old, friend

Jim is a 2nd cousin to me and I haven't seen him in many years, but I hold many fond memories of times spent together as youngsters. My heart aches for all you're going through. Keep the thought in your hearts that - "if God brings you to it, he will bring you through it".

I am deeply sorry for the loss of Jim. In the short time that I knew him he had become a great friend and an excellent employee. In my own time of need last February, Jim said to me" If you need friend, you know where to find me." And find a friend I did. My heart goes out to the family, and I will miss him greatly. To Mrs. Maudlin, please be strong, I speak from experience. I am praying for Kyle. Jim in my opinion, is irreplaceable!
