Betty Nonemaker Obituary
York - Betty L. (Seiple) Nonemaker entered into rest peacefully at her home on Saturday, December 19th 2020.
The John W. Keffer funeral homes and crematory, Inc., East York is assisting with the arrangements.
She was the wife of the late Robert M. Nonemaker for 25 years. Betty was born on May 30th 1939 in Fryesville.
Betty is survived by two daughters, Roxanne Grove and husband Gregg, and Sherry Weisheit; Four grandchildren Jason Stein, Meaghan Radke, Taylor Waltersdorff, and Christian Weisheit; Six great grandchildren Colt, Clay, Brennan, Owen, Chase & Maverick. Betty is also survived by four sisters and one brother: Kathryn Kohr, Barbara Seiple, Rosalie Poff, Donna Snyder, and Dean Seiple. Betty was preceded in death by three brothers and four sisters: Lester Seiple, Kenneth Seiple, Robert Seiple, Lucille Miller, Dolores Peters, Dianne Shaefer and Freda Seiple.
Betty worked at Mailman's department store and was a waitress at Rutter's family restaurant, and lastly a waitress at Round the Clock Diner. She enjoyed playing bingo and trips to Delaware Park and Hollywood casino. She also loved weekly Hen gatherings with family, good food and friends. Betty had many special bingo and gambling friends Terri Peduzzi, Chris Spinelli, Missy Miller, Barb Pantellich, Gail Miller and Ruthann S.
A family dinner in her honor will be held at a later date. To be determined by her daughters.
