JANET MARTIN Janet Elizabeth Keller Martin, 67, of Saginaw, Texas, passed away on July 20, 2025. Janet left a legacy of love, laughter and unwavering spirit. She was born in Dublin, Texas, on August 13, 1957, and raised in Stephenville, Texas. Janet brought joy to everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. She attended Stephenville public schools and graduated from Tarleton State University. With an outgoing personality and heart that welcomed all, Janet was the kind of person who lit up every room she entered. Her quick wit, infectious laugh and generous nature made her not just a beloved sister and aunt, but also a treasured friend to many. Janet is preceded in death by her devoted husband, Ron Martin, her parents Carol and Edwin Keller and sister Laura Golightly. Janet is survived by her loving sisters, Carol Lee Garrett and Edwina Ferguson; and her cherished nieces and nephews, who she adored and encouraged throughout their lives. She leaves behind sisters-in-law and extended family who were blessed by her warmth and vibrant presence. She also will be missed by her second family of many, many friends from every walk of life. She will be remembered for the way she loved without reservation, for her endless sense of humor, and for the deep connections she forged with all who crossed her path. She never met a stranger and was always talking to someone new. Her love for dancing, fishing and tennis was only surpassed by her love for her family and friends. Her memory will live on in the stories we share, the laughter we recall, and the lives she touched. Memorial Service for Janet Elizabeth Keller Martin will be August 9 at 2 p. m. at First United Methodist Church, 328 W Washington St, Stephenville. In lieu of flowers you may donate to a charity of your choice or to Tree House After School Program at First United Methodist Church.
