Alfonso R. Sanchez passed away on December 15, 2024 in Yuma Arizona.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Irene Sanchez; parents Pablo and Natalia Sanchez.
Survived by son, Sabian (Jaden) Sanchez; grandchildren, Seth M. Sanchez, Aaron Hawkins and Karra Hawkins; many nieces and nephews.
Services will be at Desert Lawn Memorial Park on Tuesday, January 7, 2025 at 11:00 am.

I worked with Al at Yuma County Department of Public Works for many years. Al was a Heavy Equipment Operator and a very good one. Al was a good friend of mine and probably the quietest person I have ever meet but he was so funny when he would speak under his breath. We will miss him. I will miss our conversations.
