Kelly Roberts Obituary
February 27, 1962 - May 18, 2025
Kelly Ann Roberts of Fayetteville, North Carolina, age 63, was born in Waterloo, Iowa and passed away Sunday, May 18th at Valley Hospice House in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
Kelly is survived by her brother, Gerald (Jerry) Roberts of Fayetteville, North Carolina; a sister, Carol (Roberts) Oeltjenbruns of Clayton, North Carolina and a brother, James (Jim) Roberts of Madison, Wisconsin; two daughters, Tracie Tyler of Iowa and Jennifer Renee of Waterloo, Iowa; a daughter and son Emily Wright and Nicholas Wright both of Evansdale, Iowa; seven grandchildren and a great grandson, Winston Ubben of Phoenix, Arizona; two nieces, Stephanie Roberts of Durham, North Carolina, and Dr. Cynitha (Roberts) Webb of Raleigh, North Carolina and a nephew, Josh Oeltjenbruns of Garner, North Carolina.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond (Ray) Roberts and Cyrilla (Reicherts) Roberts and two brothers, Wayne Roberts all of Waterloo, Iowa and Terrance (Terry) Roberts of Tripoli, Iowa.
Kelly had such a positive attitude about life even when life threw her a curve ball, she would try to knock it out of the park. She had a strong belief in God and felt blessed every day by what He provided for her. She will be dearly missed by everyone who knew her.
Memorials may be given to Valley Hospice House, 2431 Legion Rd, Fayetteville, North Carolina 28306 on behalf of Kelly Roberts.
Services will be performed by LaFayette Funeral Home, 6651 Raeford Road, Fayetteville, North Carolina, 28304. The phone number is (910) 867-1500. Kelly, you we're such a blessing to me at Fry's, I loved talking with you about our Lord Jesus! You are an inspiration in trusting Him! I will always cherish your memory and so glad I had a chance to snap this photo of you! Fly high with the angels, out of pain and free from earths sorrows.
