Kenneth Atwood Obituary

Family and friends mourn the loss of Kenneth Junior Atwood II.
He was born on February 8, 1961 in Torrance, California and passed on September 22, 2025 in Yuma, AZ.
Kenny "JR" was an active member of the Narcotics Anonymous group here in Yuma, AZ. He was a beacon of hope who devoted countless hours to the community helping people in recovery.
He loved nature and he loved the outdoors. He also loved to fish.
Kenny "JR" is survived by his mother, Bessie Cozart; his sister, Rhonda Cozart and his nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his dad, Kenneth Junior Atwood I; his step dad, Wayne Cozart, and his brother, Danny Atwood.
A celebration of life service will be held at Central Church of Christ, 651 W. 28th Street, Yuma, AZ on October 11, 2025 at 3:00 pm.
