Richard Lee Chavez

Richard Lee Chavez died on October 31, 2024 at St. Joesph Hospital, Phoenix.

He was the son of Angel and Wilane Chavez of Yuma, born June 19, 1970 in Yuma. He attended Kofa High School and graduated from Yuma Christian School 1988. He worked as an

Equipment Operator, he lived in Roseville, CA and Yuma, AZ.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Wilane Chavez.

He is survived by his son, Richard Raymond Chavez and Adina Chavez (wife); his father, Angel R. Chavez. His sister, Madonna Chavez of San Diego, CA, his sister, Victoria Chavez Doiron (Clayton) of Yuma; nephews, Manuel Chavez, San Diego, CA, Matthew Willen of Yuma, and Kristen Willen of Tempe. He was blessed with numerous uncles, aunts and cousins.

Services will be held at St. John Neumann Catholic Church. Rosary will be December 3, 2024. Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 pm with a funeral Mass on December 4, 2024 at 10:00 am. Interment of ashes will be proceeding the mass St. John Neumann Catholic Church.

The family would like to thank all for the thoughts and prayers as he is laid to rest in peace.
