Eren Lee "Skeeter" Wesney

Corning - Eren Lee "Skeeter" Wesney, 49, of Corning passed away at his home on March 11th 2021.

Eren was born on March 1st 1972 a son of Rodney Earl and Doris Irene (Dodson) Wesney Sr.

Skeeter was an operator engineer with union local 18, a member of Corning Eagles 463, former employee of Higbie manufacturing,

He loved to take his truck to mud runs and race his dirt bike.

Besides his parents he is survived by his sons, Taylor (Kristen Saber) Wesney and Logan (Tiffany) Wesney; daughter, Keiara (Dustin Wamsley) Wesney.

Grandchildren; Rowan Wesney, Auda and Axton Wesney.

Brother, Rodney Earl Wesney Jr., Sisters Rhonda (Tom Kirkbride) Wesney and Christina (Rodney) Bennett. Several nieces and nephews and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Eren was preceded in death by his twin brother Eric Wesney.

Friends may call anytime from 2-8 p.m. on Saturday March 20 at family home 9634 Portie- Flamingo Rd. Corning Ohio Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday March 21, 2021 at the family home, with Deacon Mark Weiner officiating. Skeeter will be laid to rest besides Eric at Whippstown Cemetery.

Rodney, Doris and Family,
My heart hurts this morning as I learned of Eren’s passing. I’m praying for you to find peace and comfort at this tragic time. I wish we could go back in time to when all the kids were little, it was the fun times of our lives! God be with you all.
