Larry John Trewhella Fenton Larry John Trewhella, age 49, of Fenton, died January 1, 2010. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, January 6, 2010 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton, with Fr. David Harvey officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Tuesday from 1-4 and 6-9 p.m. A rosary will be prayed 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Larry was born April 13, 1960 in Battle Creek, the son of William Edward and Shirley Eugena (Kutchie) Trewhella. He had resided in Fenton for the past 9 years. He was an Eagle Scout and had graduated from St. Philip Catholic High School in Battle Creek. Larry was a millwright for local 1102 for 25 years and had also been employed by Consumers Energy. Larry never lost his enthusiasm enjoying family, friends, neighbors and work. He was very proud of his children, Jacquelyn who graduated from Michigan State University and Brent who shares his passion for automobiles. Surviving are his wife, Cheryl; 2 children, Jacquelyn Trewhella and fiance, Ari Thompson, and Brent Trewhella; 4 grandchildren; mother, Shirley Trewhella; sister, Kathy Bell; 2 brothers, WIlliam and wife, Susan Trewhella and Gerry and wife, Cathy Trewhella; several beloved nieces and nephews; 3 stepsons, Robert Lee Joslin III and wife, Rebecca, Jason and wife, Tracy Joslin and Joshua Joslin; father-in-law, Harold and wife, Joan Collard; mother-in-law, Mary Ann Collard.
