Ken was a treasure in the life of Grace United Methodist Church where he had many friends who loved him dearly for his warmth and humor. My son will never forget Ken´s kindness to him at Wright State. May God grant peace to Mary Lee, David and Amy.

He was my seventh grade geography teacher at West Junior High in Xenia, and I remember his way of teaching even now 59 years later. He taught a lot in story style, had an easy going manner but not the kind of person you could fool if you had, for instance, not done your homework. He always added historical tidbits which of course interested me. I don´t know if he ever knew I also became a teacher and he was one of the teachers that I liked to emulate. He was fair and never A tyrant in the classroom. I´m a better person for having known him just that one year. Rosi Mackey
