We are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of our dear friend, your wife, mother, and grandmother. She was indeed an amazing person. We loved working with both Betty Jo and Glen in the Bountiful Temple. Their powerful influence in the lives of their children is clearly evident. We know she will be deeply missed by family and friends. We pray that the Lord's comfort and peace will attend you in this time of your loss.

Bro. Glen & Family,
We all have lost an Angel but for a moment. Betty Jo was truly a sweetheart. A lovely daughter of our Father in Heaven. Her wonderful example, her faith and her testimony will ever be with us. Each of you truly are very lucky to have a wife, mother, and grandmother who is one in a million. I have meet many many people from all walks of life and none that I know of are without GILE as she was. What a wonderful trait. She actually glowed with personally and testimony. If only Launa and I could be like her. We are so blessed in having known her and look forward to seeing her again. Launa & I love the Tonge family.
Gratefully,
Launa & Bill

Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this difficult time. I have such great memories of "Grandma Tonge" from growing up with Hilary. She was always so sweet, but funny and happy. I especially enjoyed seeing her in the Temple. She will be missed.

We loved having Betty Jo as our choir pianist. She was wonderful at sharing her musical abilities with us, she was always smiling and cheerful, and she was always patient with us and willing to laugh at herself. We will miss her and know that she is doing much good on the other side of the veil.

I have many fond memories of Betty when we were members of the South Bountiful First Ward. She wrote some of the most wonderful music for our roadshows in the South Davis Stake. I will always remember the times I babysat the children and how gracious Betty and Glen always were. May God bless and comfort you in her passing. Much love.
