Hart, Elizabeth TROY Elizabeth Jillisky Hart, 86, former Fonda Avenue resident, died Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at Beechwood Senior Living. Born in Troy, she was the daughter of the late Louis Jillisky and Emma Weidemeyer Jillisky and wife of the late William J. Hart who died on February 13, 2011. Raised and educated in Troy, she was a graduate St. Francis De Sales School and Catholic Central High School, class of 1943. Elizabeth was a secretary and writer for the Catholic Evangelist Newspaper in Albany, retiring in 1987. She was a communicant of Sacred Heart Church and a member of its women's club. Survivors include, a daughter, Mary Beth Rutkowski (Tom) of Glenmont; three sons, Wayne Hart (Ann) of Charlotte, N.C., Paul Hart (Maureen) of Endicott and Brian Hart (Colleen) of Pittsburgh, Pa.; eight grandchildren, Matthew Hart, Daniel Hart, Maura Hart, Mallory Hart, Erin Lund, Melissa Drake, Kevin Hart and Sean Hart; six great-grandchildren; a sister, Patricia Beattie (Robert) of Wynantskill and several nieces and nephews. Elizabeth was predeceased by a infant daughter, Jacqueline Hart; two brothers, Rev. William F. Jillisky and Col. Leo Jillisky, USMC. The family would like to thank mom's caregivers, friends and relatives, Tara Mainville, Dr. Roberta Miller, Rita Sheeran Sr. Marianne Kennah, Allison Drake, Raymond Essiembre, Helene Fox, Laurie Priddle, Peg Molnar, Theresa Russman; her sister, Pat Beattie; niece Mary Russman, niece Eileen McDermott and all the special staff and residents at Beechwood. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 21, 2012 from the Daniel D. Purcell Funeral Home, 510 Pawling Ave., Troy and at 10:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church Troy where the Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Burial will follow at the Gerald B.H. Solomon National Cemetery, Schuylerville. Calling hours will be 4 to 7 p.m. on Monday at the Daniel D. Purcell Funeral Home.
