I had the honor and privilege to serve both as a civilian and soldier under General Rebeor's leadership. He was a good man with a good heart who cared deeply about his family, church and military. I am saddened by his passing and offer condolences to Pauline and the family.

My Sympathy to Pauline and the family of General William Rebeor. We were assigned together for many years in the New York Army National Guard in Albany. Bill was a true military professional and dedicated military officer. I regard him as a great Associate and friend.

I worked for General Rebeor years ago at the New York Army National Guard State Headquarters. He was a wonderful kind man with a gentle spirit! My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

I was sorry to hear of General Rebeor's passing. I worked with him from 1970-1979. He was a kind man. Dedicated to his family and career. This time of year I think of the suit green jacket he wore. If he was on the road, he would stop at a phone booth and dictate reports to me. I also remember how excited he was about Amway products. General Rebeor was an excellent boss. Donna Gandrow Tuttle
