Timothy R. Evans, born June 24, 1949, in Cincinnati, Ohio, died December 25, 2020, son of Carl Evans and Evelyn H. Evans. Graduate of LaSalle High School, University of Cincinnati and University of Cincinnati Law School. Tim practiced law in Hamilton for 45 years until the time of his death. He is survived by his wife, Lucinda Schuck Evans; daughter, Melissa; and son,
Jason F. Evans. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, and son, Timothy R. Evans, Jr. Services to be held later at the convenience of the family. Condolences may be left for the family at www.Webb-Noonan.com.

Tim was such a Great person to me personally and helped me become a better lawyer. I'm so thankful he befriended me. All his peers highly respected and admired him. Tim never never hesitated to help others if he could. A brilliant person in many ways, not just legally.
