I had the honor to call Brad a best friend for a long time. He was genuine, generous and a super father and friend and I will miss him every day. Prayers and condolences to his family and all the girls that he loved and cared about so much. The world was a better place with Brad in it and he will be missed. RIP BC.

To the Cummings family and especially Laura Hines.
I had the great privilege to work with Brad my entire banking career in Dayton. Brad was one of the first friend I met in banking. I am deeply saddened by the great loss of a wonderful father, son, friend and especially the love he had for Laura. I am blessed to have known Brad and have many fond and funny memories. Rest In Peace my dear dear friend. Kathy (Mama Z)

I have known, and been friends with Brad since our 7th grade year Indian Riffle. We went to junior high, high school, and even graduated from Ohio U together. Even though we didn't stay in too close of contact over the years, I still count and consider Brad to be a great friend. I feel fortunate to have known him all these years. My condolences to his family. Trust that he is in a good place that the world was much better for having him in it for his much-too-short 53 years.

I had the good fortune of working alongside Brad for two years at First Financial. He was a fellow bobcat so we had an immediate connection. We’d remained friends since then with our conversations always surrounding his four girls. Please know how proud he was and how much he loved you. He will be missed and I wish his girls and family strength, love, and peace as they deal with this profound loss. God bless.

Brad was such a great guy. We often competed in banking on deals and shared some client syndications. I respected him “on/off the field”, enjoyed his friendship, and always enjoyed the opportunity to grab a beer with him & Laura at the local watering hole. He was a great banker and I always appreciated his abilities and personable approach, and I found him to be very funny and real. Very sad to hear of his loss, thinking of Laura and his family during this very difficult time.
