Barbara HAMILTON Obituary

HAMILTON, Barbara Knox

Barbara Knox Hamilton, wife of William D. Hamilton, went to be with her heavenly spirit on May 26, 2021, after a long

battle with Alzheimer's.

She was born in 1930 in Middletown, Ohio, to Nancy Smith Knox and Orber Knox. She knew no strangers, and her strong felt belief was the she was "Kin to All".

Barbara retired from Armco Steel Corporation after 30 years of service. She graduated in 1996 from Holy Names University with a Master of Arts in Leadership and Creation-Centered

Spirituality. Barbara supported the community in which she lived through her volunteer work.

She is survived by her Husband William D. Hamilton (Bill), three daughters Nancy Aldridge, Kay Walters, Kate Eyberg (Dick) and a son Douglas Hamilton (Janet), 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother Warren Dale, many friends and relatives.

A memorial service will be held at later date. If so desired, contributions can be made to a charity of your choice.

Barbara was a great stepmom and I loved her so much. She really did live her life in the spirit of "kin to all". Thank you for making my dad so happy!
