My thoughts and prayers go out to the family of Lou Tracy. He was a fellow alumnus of Notre Dame Law School, great lawyer in the Dayton community and an ever greater person with his family and friends. He will be missed. Merle Wilberding, President, Dayton Bar Association.

Indeed we have lost a great Man. Lou was a role model and mentor, a kind friend to all, a wonderful family man, a compassionate and effective lawyer, and an absolute gentleman. He had the knack of making other people comfortable, and I am sure his many clients knew and felt the relief when he lifted their legal problems from their shoulders. Further testament to Lou are Lou and Estelle's lawyer-children John and Bridget, who carry on the same sort of commitment to the legal profession, the rule of law, and to their many clients. This is a tremendous loss to the community, but a life so very well lived. Lou is beloved.

So sorry to hear about your dad, John. I always remembered him eating alone late in the evening when we were going out because he worked long hours. May he Rest In Peace. When you get some time call me 210-305-1541.

It was such a pleasure getting to work with Lou and over the years admiring his character, devotion to his family and his honesty and big heart as a friend and lawyer. Lou was a pillar of the community. We all lost a great man. Deepest sympathy to the Tracy Family.
