Probably one of the best teachers I ever had. His knowledge of woodworking was incredible. His class and grace were legendary. He´s got the Heavenly Workshop running with Divine precision. My sincere condolences to the entire family.

Mr. Schultz was my favorite teacher at CHS. Even took a woodworking class with in 1978. To this day, I always think of him while turning on my table saw, he was all about being safe in the shop. I am sure he will be missed. Mark Davis

Becky and I have known Roger for nearly 50 years. First as a teacher...then a mentor...and most importantly as a friend. As a 30 plus year teacher, Roger was a tremendous influence for so many people. You will truly be missed my friend!

Mr. Schultz was my teacher in the late `60´s. I had him for junior high shop class and high school industrial arts. Mr. Schultz was a great teacher and supported all of the unique project ideas I brought to class. I had ideas for crock lids, cribbage board benches, cranberry scoops and cobbler benches. He would always say, " OK, Wendell, draw up the plans and figure out the board foot costs. Then you can start".
Mr. Schultz was a wonderful man and teacher.

Mr Schultz was one of my favorite teachers. He always had time to listen. In my senior year (1973) he guided me as I designed in his drafting class and then built in his shop class a 7´ tall black walnut grandfather clock. I look at that clock every day and still think fondly of all he taught me. Skills I still use in life today.
Praying for the Schultz family and friends.

My husband, Rick Ratermann (CHS Class of 74), took shop from Mr Schultz. He often talks about him as he has continued his woodworking skills that were taught by Mr Schultz. Safe to say he was his favorite teacher. A lot of our furniture is due to the skills taught by Mr Schultz.
He will be missed.
