Eugenia PLATTENBURG Obituary
Age 90, formerly of Oakwood, died peacefully on November 15, 2022. Services will be held at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Oakwood, 33 W Dixon Ave, Dayton, OH 45419 at 11:00am Saturday, December 10. For complete remembrances and to share your condolences with the family please visit

I first met Genie at Ohio University where our future husbands were fraternity brothers. While we were raising our families we belonged to a bridge club. Later we were both members of Virginia Hollinger Tennis Club. I remember Genie for her dry sense of humor and her outspokenness. My sincere condolences to the family since I will be unable to attend the services.
