Dave bought tires for his GTX from my dad who also had a GTX back in the 70s. Ours was white with a red pin stripe. We lived up the road from Dave and I always watched for the red or black GTX to be in the driveway when we passed by. As an adult, I live near by and still watch for the red GTX as I drive by his home. I often spoke with Dave if I saw him at Kroger or Bob Evans. He was always very kind. My condolences to his family and friends. He will be missed...

I knew Dave since the early 80s when I would drive my 69 Dodge Charger to his house in Beavercreek and we would sit and have a beer and talk about Mopars. He had a beautiful 69 Coronet R/T and we would talk for hours about our and others classic rides. I enjoyed Dave's humor and he always knew how to keep a conversation alive and was just a wonderful guy. Going to miss you my friend. Rest peacefully
