Kathryn C. White

Rumney, NH - Kathy left this world peacefully to be with her Lord and Savior on January 18, 2024 following an extended battle with dementia at Mountain Ridge Nursing Home. She was born on August 30, 1954 to Robert H. and Jean Tetreault in Norfolk, VA. She graduated from Tolman High School in Pawtucket, R.I. After high school she attended Glen Cove Bible College in Glen Cove, ME. During her time at Glen Cove the family moved to NH. Following her graduation from Bible college she volunteered for a nine-month missionary assignment with a native Indian tribe in Canada. Upon her return she attended NH Technical Institute and acquired her nursing degree. Kathy loved being a nurse and worked at the Peabody Home and Franklin Hospital in Franklin, NH.

Kathy was devoted to her faith and she and her husband Chet moved from Franklin to the Rumney Bible Conference in Rumney, NH. Kathy loved collecting porcelain dolls and all sorts of giraffe figures, paintings, or stuffed animals. She doted on her nieces and nephews. Shortly after her husband passed, she moved into Mountain Ridge Nursing Home in Franklin, NH.

Kathy was predeceased by her parents, Robert H. and Jean Tetreault, and her husband Chester White. She is survived by her brothers Robert W. and his wife Shirley Tetreault, Mark and his wife Cynthia Tetreault, John and his wife Sherry Tetreault. Her nieces, Carrie Alford, Lindsey Tetreault and Holly Tetreault. Her nephews, Benjamin Tetreault and Matthew Tetreault.

Public calling hours will be from 11 AM - 12 PM on the 29th of January immediately followed by a funeral service from 12 - 1 PM at Phaneuf Funeral Home and Crematorium, 172 King St, Boscawen, NH. There will be a private graveside ceremony in the Spring.
