Funeral: 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at Greenwood Chapel. Burial: D-FW National Cemetery, Dallas. Visitation: 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at Greenwood Funeral Home.
Foster was born Sept. 5, 1973, in New York, N.Y. He graduated from Keller High School in 1992 and joined the U.S. Marine Corps Nov. 17, 1992.
Survivors: Brother, Jason Harrington of Fort Worth; grandfather, Daniel Davis of Sunrise, Fla.; cousins, Erica, Allison and Michelle Fabrizo of Connecticut; uncle, Rocko Fabrizo and wife, Sherrie; and dear friend, Fran Poston.

Yesterday we spent the entire day at the Walsenburg Veterans Community Living Center. We were able to get Richard admitted and are moving him in today
We told everyone how proud we were of you and they had a very special program for all. Even a 3 star flew in on a blackhawk and participated in the event You will be on our wall of honor as always.
All our love and thank you for you. Without you our lives would have been diminished with less meaning.We plan to work with our veterans more and visit the living facility frequently and make sure their lives are a little better knowing all who care
